Please Initial below to each policy to show you have read & understood our conditions.

The occupant's current financial situation requires the need to apply for the free use of Angie's Place.

Occupancy will be limited to two applicants. Additional occupants must be authorized by Angie’s Place.

Please notify staff immediately of any maintenance issues, emergencies, and/or alarming situations. Call 307.275.0043

Applicant’s mail should not be sent to c/o Angie’s Place, ATTN: (your name), 620 East 20th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.

On street parking is only available. Parking in the driveway located on the northeast side of the house is only available to tenants renting the property.

No smoking on Angie’s Place property.

No Wi-Fi, phone service or internet are available at Angie’s Place.

All illegal drugs, drug use and drug paraphernalia are strictly prohibited on Angie’s Place property.

All firearms, ammunition, and explosives are strictly prohibited on Angie’s Place property.

Doors to Angie’s Place must be shut and locked at all times. Please do not leave them open and unattended. The north exit door off of the kitchenette is for emergency use only. It leads to the backyard patio that is for tenant use only. Please do not use for non-emergency use.

You are responsible for the behavior of your guests while at Angie’s Place.

Angie’s Place owners and volunteers may enter the apartment at any time.

A minimal cleaning fee may be charged for failure to properly clean and maintain the property during your stay. Cleaning expectations include washing of dishes, towels, bed linen (excluding the comforter), sweeping of floors, emptying of trash, and wiping of countertops.

Moving furniture is prohibited.

No pets are allowed without the approval of Angie’s Place.

Candles, incense or anything that you light are not allowed in Angie’s Place.

All trash mush be disposed of in the container provided outside to the west of the entry way to Angie’s Place.

The entry of Angie's Place has one step onto a landing before entering the front entrance.

Angie’s Place can and will ask you to terminate your stay at Angie’s Place if any of our rules are violated. In addition to rule violation, Angie’s Place will terminate your stay once treatment for the patient is no longer required, including leaving the hospital or medical facility from which the patient is receiving treatment.
